Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH to acquire trademark rights for ARISTO and STANDARDGRAPH on 1 July 2025 – Consolidation of sales activities at Schneider Novus Vertriebs GmbH
After more than 65 years of successful brand history, significant changes are taking place around the traditional ARISTO brand: On 1 July 2025, Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH will take over the trademark rights for ARISTO and STANDARDGRAPH. At the same time, Schneider Novus Vertriebs GmbH will be responsible for all national and international sales activities for both brands.
Since the 1960s, following the relocation of production to Wörgl, the ARISTO brand has stood for quality “Made in Austria.” After GEOTEC GmbH took over the business in 2003, ARISTO was further developed into an internationally established brand and successfully positioned in the market.

Schul- und Bürowaren GmbH (Geotec School-and Office Supply) has explored various options as part of a strategic succession plan. The result: The long-standing partnership with Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH is now being elevated to a new level. In addition to their shared business history, the companies are also connected by a close personal partnership.
With the transfer of trademark rights, the sales activities of both brands will be consolidated within Schneider Novus Vertriebs GmbH. Schneider Novus, the joint sales company of Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH and Novus Dahle GmbH, has successfully cooperated since 1998. The company, based in Weilheim (close to Munich), has decades of experience in distributing ARISTO products and will continue to support retail partners with the usual level of service and personal attention. Production in Austria—and thus the quality “Made in Austria”—remains unchanged.
