Schneider Schreibgeräte is pleased to welcome four new apprentices and dual-study students (work partially in the company and partially study at school) to the company! Starting this year, these young talents will begin their training in the fields of Mechatronics, IT, Industrial Management, and the dual study program in Business Administration - Digital Business.

To ease their entry and promote interaction among themselves and with the company, Schneider has organized an exciting in-house scavenger hunt. This not only fosters fun and team spirit but also provides an opportunity to better understand the various departments and work areas of the company.

As another highlight, Schneider planned a joint excursion to Titisee. This trip offered the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere and get to know each other better.

The company is committed to providing these young recruits with an excellent foundation for their careers. With dedication and performance from both sides, good graduation results and subsequent employment are the goals.

Schneider trains new talent every year, a sustainable and future-oriented initiative.

Expectations are high on both sides. Every employee, whether new or experienced, is encouraged to contribute creatively in their respective roles to continue developing and producing excellent writing instruments in the Black Forest.
